The authentic oil of Mallorca collected from olive trees of the Serra de Tramuntana

We started collecting our olive for the production of our organic oil with denomination of origin of Mallorca. An oil made in our land, in the farm where our hotel stands, an oil with body and soul. The soul of those who sowed olive trees for decades and those who nowadays collect their fruit, the body of years and years of rain and Mallorcan soil, which give a unique flavor and aroma, which make our oil one of the best Majorca.
