At the “Es Mirador de Monnaber” restaurant you will enjoy a Majorcan cuisine with undeniable Mediterranea flavor with fresh seasonal products from our certified organic farm.

Our aim is that you taste the products we grow in our estate at Monnaber Nou. Some of these products, all of which have an ecological production and bring back aromas and tastes of the past, are our virgin olive oil, our suckling lamb, our suckling Pork Negre (nativebreed of black pigs) or our autochthonous seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Open every day of the year, for breakfast from 08.00 to 10.30, lunch from 13.00 to 15.00 and for dinner from 19.00 to 22.00.

For the welfare of our animals as good as possible, they have free travel in all fields and meadows of the farm and can be fed here with a wide range of fodder to provide the best quality.

Some of the ingredients are even picked and grown on Monnaber Nou’s own land, adding an unique and exclusive taste to our Restaurants repertoire.

Majorcan cuisine

Our aim is that you taste the products we grow in our certified organic farm " Monnaber Nou”, all of which bring to you the aromas and tastes of the Mallorcan gastronomic history .

Mallorcan Wines at hotel Monnaber Nou

It mainly emphasizes our great selection of broths from our fields, origin Majorca denominations, Rioja or Ribera del Duero. Without forgetting the reserves and great reserves that wait for a great occasion.

It is unlikely that you will have to come across Majorcan wine, unless you have tasted it here on the island, as its exports have to compete against the strength of the mainland. However, we think you might be pleasantly surprised now by the high quality of some of the wine in Majorca.

Wine growing centres around Binissalem and Petra, where local families have been cultivating their vineyards since the 1850s. Typical local grapes are the Manto Negro, Callet and Prensal Blanc.
