In the restaurant 'Es Mirador de Monnaber you will taste a Mediterranean gastronomy, with products from the local market and from the farm itself, based on imaginative recipes of unquestionable Mallorcan flavor by our Chef Pep Riera and with a careful cellar by our Maître Matthias Strülick , who will advise them when making the choice of the menu and its pairing.
