General Terms and Conditions:

 

Please read the details of your booking carefully before accepting the following agreement.

 

Dear Customer,

All bookings are governed by the following terms and conditions, which you should read, understand and accept:
The Spanish company Monnaber Nou, S.A. registered under Tax identificacion Number A-07656267, whose registered office is in Predio de Monnaber S/N , Campanet (Mallorca), is the owner of this web site and is responsible for the Hotel Restaurant Monnaber Nou (Majorca).

 

User's obligations. The user accepts the following conditions to proceed with the booking:

 

You are over 18 years of age and have the necessary legal capacity to purchase the services offered on this web site.

 

 

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted during the registration process. This information should be true and complete. Monnaber Nou S.A. shall not be liable for the consequences that could arise from the supply of misleading or inaccurate information

Price
The booking price will only include the concepts confirmed by the booking confirmation e-mail submitted by Hotel Monnaber Nou
The final and total amount of the booking includes VAT, unless otherwise specified. Any other tax on accommodation will be additionally charged at the hotel.
Availability and price of special services requested (e.g. a cot or an additional bed) that have not been included in the booking amount, will have to be confirmed by the hotel.

Payment
Payment corresponding to one night (whose amount will depend on the type of room booked) is required for booking confirmation. This amount represents a guarantee. Credit cards or bank transfers are accepted as payment methods for this amount. The remaining will be paid by the customer at the end of the stay.

Booking Confirmation
The booking confirmation is sent by email to the email address submitted by the customer when making the booking. The customer is responsible for saving and printing the confirmation.
The room assigned to you may differ from the one shown on the pictures.
Please note that we can not guarantee any preferences regarding the room and extras.

 

Arrival at the Hotel
Upon arrival at the hotel, the customer has to hand at reception the booking confirmation email submitted by Hotel Monnaber Nou.
As a general rule and unless otherwise agreed, rooms could be occupied from 12:00 pm on the date of arrival, although this time could be modified until 2:00 pm according to cleaning requirements and the customer will have to leave the room before 12:00 pm on the departure date. The booking will be guaranteed until 6:00 pm on the arrival day. If the arrival is to be at times different than those mentioned above, the customer will have to advice thereof with as much anticipation as possible.

No-showing
"No-showing" means the guest does not arrive to the hotel on the first day of the stay stated on the booking at the time established on the previous point "Arrival at the hotel" and without having previously cancelled the service.

Booking Amendments
The booking could be modified more than 48 hours before the arrival date via:

Always indicating the details of your booking.
The amendment will depend on the hotel's availability at the time of request.

Booking Cancellation
There are no charges if the booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations should be requested in writing to:

In the event of a no show or a booking cancellation within less than 2 days prior to the arrival date, the customer will be charged an equivalent to the reservation corresponding to the deposit paid as a guarantee, and the booking will then be cancelled.
Banking expenses arising from booking cancellations will be paid by the customer.
If Monnaber Nou, S.A. cancels a booking due to circumstances beyond its control, abnormal or unforeseeable, whose consequences could not have been prevented despite acting with due diligence, the booking will be annulled without the right for claim or compensation by the customer, except the return of the amount paid as a guarantee

Invoicing
The invoicing of the services booked via internet, as well as other extra services or products used at the hotel will be issued at the hotel and provided at the end of the stay.

In the event of charges for booking cancellation, the corresponding invoice will be delivered to the address given by the customer when making the reservation

Offers
Offers will only be valid during the period established by Monnaber Nou S.A. on the advert, or during the time these can be accessible to customers for their effective purchase.

 

Customer's Obligations

Pay the price of purchased services. A complaint or claim does not exempt the customer from such obligation.

Observe the specific rules of the hotel whose facilities you are enjoying.

Observe rules of hygiene, good manners and respect towards the rest of the guests, staff, facilities and furniture at the hotel.

Respect the environment.

 

Service Provider's Obligations

 

Have the number of rooms, their type and capacity available to the customer according to the conditions established in the booking.
If the hotel is unable to provide the booked accommodation, this will be provided in another hotel of equal or superior standard, being the hotel responsible for the payment of the difference in rates, transport and other charges the lack of the booked service generates to the customer.

Guarantee the quality of provided services, according to its official category and be responsible for all the claims that could be made as a consequence of deficiencies found in the service.

Have the complaints book available to customers.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms will be construed in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish Law in the courts of Palma de Mallorca (Baleares - Spain) in the respect of any dispute derived from the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement.

Data Protection Policy

In accordance with Act 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, we inform that the data obtained through this web site will be included in the files of which Monnaber Nou, S.A, registered under Tax Identification Number A-07656267 whose registered office is in Predio de Monnaber S/N in Campanet (Mallorca), is responsible.

 

Data is filed to confirm and process the accommodation booking made by the user, as well as for advertising and customized products and services offers. You have the right to access, modify, cancel and oppose this via email to info@monnaber.com or writing to the above-mentioned postal address.

 

Should you include third party personal information in the web form you should previously obtain their consent and inform them about this fact. Personal data submitted on this web site will not be communicated or supplied to any third parties.

Monnaber Nou, S.A. guarantees the confidentiality of your personal information, as well as the use of the technical and human security measures established in the Spanish law on data protection.

 

Monnaber Nou S.A. could provide competent authorities with personal data upon official request and according to the legislation.
